She's definitely one of the most popular of the cute and cuddly bears in the Care Bear franchise, a popular 1980's cartoon and toy/collectible line. She has the power to make wishes come true, but not all the time -- sometimes they backfire or get her into trouble! Nonetheless, I love this teal-colored furry because she is just adorable.
